What is Running with SoulinMotion?

"Nick is an outstanding teacher/coach......  very patient and very supportive. I honestly can't rate Nick highly enough. Genuinely the best coaching I've had. I have done the full day one to one and a further tune up. Well worth the money. Thank you Nick."

'A very small group of us all novices ..... were lucky enough to be introduced to the basic practicalities by Nick whose knowledge and passion on the subject is infectious!
The following morning I was up early running by the Tyne trying to put it all into practice. I have not felt so enthused to run in a long time. Can't thank you enough Nick, will be back soon for a refresher.'

"Hi I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you. Using the techniques has made a massive difference to my running, not just reduced pain levels but has renewed my enthusiasm............. I will be looking out for further courses and I'm spreading the word. Perhaps all hope of racing again is not lost....."

I feel I have come such a long way since my first session with  you early last year. I was trying out new things to give meaning to my life as my work was reducing. I had joined the running club and was starting to make friends, but without the good teaching I've had from you I've no doubt that running would be one of those things that I beat myself up on over not getting out there. I know from last experience it's so easy to let it all slide.

1-2-1 and reviews

"The 1-2-1 day was fantastic. Being able to focus on your form on the track then take the pointers to an extended run with hills really helped iron out the little things that had crept into my running. I certainly left feeling much more relaxed"
